To register as a client and access your Client Portfolio, you need to either sign up for a Life Hack or own a GetUp policy.
Registration is simple – Here’s a 4 step guide to help you do just this!
Step 1: Sign up
Step 2: Complete your details
Make sure you’re on the “SIGN UP” tab and complete your personal details in each of the required fields.
(NOTE: We’d recommend that you use your personal email address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) as opposed to your work/corporate email address to sign up. Your corporate email address is usually governed by firewalls or Mimecast rules, which may cause delays in receiving emails from us in relation to managing your profile).
Step 3: One Time Pin (OTP)
An OTP will be sent to your cell number. Enter the OTP you received via SMS & click “SUBMIT”. The OTP is valid for 6 minutes, after 6 minutes the OTP will expire and be invalid. You can however click on the RESEND OTP button to receive another OTP.

Step 4: Your Dashboard
You’re now logged into your Dashboard, where you can view your Profile details and Lifehacks, for example, your Credit Report related information. Keep an eye out once registered, we are adding new functionality all the time to keep you updated and provide you with easily accessible self-help tools.
