How do I change my cell number?

The One Time Pin (OTP) process, where an OTP is sent to your mobile number, helps you protect your account. It’s an additional layer of security that makes sure that the correct person (the policy or life hack owner) is accessing the profile.  It’s important that only you have access to your phone.

That being said, we understand that sometimes, you may need to update your cell number for various reasons and as a result, we’ve made provisions for this.

You need your username and password to make this change – here’s a guide to explain how to update your cell number:

1. Select the option highlighted on the screenshot

2. Enter your credentials and the updated cell number

3. You will receive an OTP - Enter the OTP & hit the “SUBMIT” Button

Your cell number is now updated on our records.
